Ready to move is always better than under construction, fight me
I'm fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally taking the plunge and buying something. I'm looking at Dridha Alpha since it's ready to move. Yam Aasra Enclave ka toh kuch pata hi nahi kab banega. Plus, Dridha ka price range bhi sahi lag raha hai. Carpet area kitna hai, wo dekhna padega. Anyone know about the builder trust factor for both? Which one has better resale value in Noida, after 5 years? Hope someone can give some insights.
Yam Aasra Enclave or ATS Le Grandiose - which one?
Has anyone compared the actual carpet area in Yam Aasra Enclave vs ATS Le Grandiose? I work in real estate, so I know the super area vs carpet area games builders play. Which one gives you more usable space, off the record? And what about possession? ATS is known for delays, right? Yam Aasra Enclave ka possession status kya hai? I'm looking for something relatively risk-free. Also, which has better metro connectivity for daily commute? Honestly not sure which way to lean. Should I even consider under-construction property given the builder reputation here? Which is better for family moving in vs investor?
Ready to move or not? Noida property confusion!
₹45 lakh is my budget. MMD Provica Homes is ready to move, right? But Yam Aasra Enclave ka kya scene hai? Not sure about under construction projects anymore, too much delay risk. Provica ka maintenance charges kitna hoga? Carpet area sahi hai ya nahi? Should I just go for the ready possession or wait for Yam Aasra? What's everyone's take? Help me decide!
Noida property: Sai Upvan or Yam Aasra? Confused!
Honestly not sure which is better. Sai Upvan is ready to move, toh no risk. But Yam Aasra Enclave ka price is tempting. Is ready-to-move worth the premium? Investment ke liye kya sahi hai?
Dridha Alpha or Yam Aasra? Confused about Noida property
Since last Diwali, I'm trying to finalize a 3BHK in Noida. My kids' school admission is the biggest tension. Dridha Alpha is ready to move, which is a plus, but the carpet area feels smaller compared to what they promised. Honestly not sure if it's worth the price they are quoting after adding all the PLC charges and other hidden costs. Yam Aasra Enclave looks good on paper, but under construction hai, so dar lagta hai about delays. My wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood. Anyone living in either? Which one has better security features, like CCTV and guards? Koi idea hai?
