Honestly, I'm so frustrated with Aashiyana Upvan's carpet area. Just moved in. My 2BHK feels tiny, not what was promised. The super area vs. usable space is a joke. Did others face this misleading layout?

₹35 lakh mein Aashiyana Upvan dekh raha tha for my first home. Carpet area efficiency ko lekar thoda confused hoon. Online floor plans mein kitchen space ya living area kaafi tight lag raha hai, samajh nahi aa raha daily use mein kaisa hoga. Jo log wahan visit kar chuke hain ya pass rehte hain, unka kya experience hai? Neighbourhood quality, schools aur markets kitne paas hain? Is it genuinely good to live in daily, ya bas paper pe theek hai? Any real-world feedback would be super helpful.

Aashiyana Upvan ka possession timeline real mein kitna realistic hai? Broker bol rahe hain 2 saal, but I'm hearing stories about delays in Ghaziabad projects.
