Did a site visit to Aask Homes 01. I'm fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again. Finally taking the plunge to build equity. What's its capital appreciation since launch? What rental yield are you actually getting? Is the resale market active enough for a decent exit? Not sure if ROI is compelling post-completion.
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Ghaziabad and Aask Homes 01 keeps coming up. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different, you know? Builders always paint a rosy picture for rental yield and appreciation. For Aask Homes 01 (completed, ₹30.65 L–₹60.65 L), what's the actual resale market like? Are secondary buyers active or is it slower than they claim? I'm worried about liquidity in 5-7 years, especially with so many new projects. Any insights on actual capital appreciation since launch? Hope this helps someone check beyond just current rental numbers.
Since moving into Aask Homes 01 a couple of months back, I'm genuinely shocked. Builder ne jo carpet area brochure mein dikhaya tha, actual mein toh kaafi kam nikla. Flat mein ghus ke lag raha hai space kitna kam hai, especially living room. Matlab, itne lakh diye but value for money bilkul nahi lag raha. Pata nahi RERA rules ka kya hua. Anyone else face this carpet area mismatch in Aask Homes? Kya option hota hai ismein, should I complain somewhere?
Aask Homes 01 keeps popping up in my 3BHK search. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Indirapuram, already have a home loan, and thinking of upgrading. Everyone talks about the initial price, but nobody really talks about the *true* total cost of living here, especially for a completed project. I'm looking at a 3BHK and wondering if the price jump is genuinely justified. What are the actual maintenance charges like? Is the community vibe worth that premium? Okay, I'll say what no one says: I'm worried the resale value won't hold up in a few years, especially with other projects coming up. Is it really a good home, or just good on paper? Change my mind. Disagree? Tell me why.
Aask Homes 01 mein just shift hua, 2 mahine pehle. Possession ke time finish quality aur minor issues kaafi mile. Daily life quality, noise levels, aur air pollution ka kya scene hai yahan? Kya yeh genuinely good home hai?
Honestly, I thought finding a smaller flat would be easy after selling our big house, but it's proving tougher than I imagined. Kids have moved out, so we need something manageable. Aask Homes 01 dekha hai, completed hai. Carpet area kitna efficient hai for a 2BHK? Aur daily living ke liye society kaisi hai? Hospital paas mein hai kya?
After selling our big house last year, I've been looking for a smaller flat in Ghaziabad. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. Aask Homes 01 dekh raha hoon, price range theek lag raha hai. But I'm wondering about the actual daily living experience wahan. Amenities kaise hain, are they usable ya bas showpiece? Aur maintenance charges kitne aate hain monthly? Proximity to good hospitals is also a big concern for us. Koi reh raha hai Aask Homes 01 mein? Your feedback would be really helpful.
