Came across a video discussing new launches in Noida, specifically Ace Acreville. It talked about projects for 2025. I'm looking at options there, but honestly not sure if Ace Acreville offers the best value right now. It feels a bit pricey compared to other stuff I've seen in Noida. Has anyone checked it out or compared it with other recent developments? Wondering if there are better alternatives for similar budgets.
Is Ace Acreville genuinely good to live in daily, or just good on paper? I'm looking at a 3 BHK there, maybe 4th floor. The brochure amenities look great, but I'm wondering about the actual usefulness. Do residents actually use the gym and pool often, or are they just for show? Maintenance charges are a concern too; what do people actually pay monthly for these facilities? My budget is around ₹3 Cr. Also, how efficient are the apartment layouts? I saw some 3 BHKs felt a bit cramped for the stated sqft. Is the carpet area good, or is there a lot of wasted space? And what about the community vibe? Is it friendly for families, or more isolated? Any first-hand experiences before I commit would be super helpful.
Ace Acreville mein daily life kaisa hai, living experience? Upgrading from 2BHK. Is the premium worth it? Amenities aur neighbourhood facilities kitni useful hain, like schools?
Site visit Ace Acreville, Evermark Provica. Acreville ka price tag high hai. Super area games se bachna. Evermark ki carpet area efficiency pe community ka opinion kya hai?
Sector 150 – been looking here for a 3BHK upgrade from my current 2BHK in Sector 78. Ace Acreville ka site visit kiya last week, price dekh ke thoda soch mein pad gaya. ₹2.5 Cr se shuru hai yaar. I'm already on a home loan, so this jump needs to be justified. My main concern is the carpet area efficiency; for such a premium, the rooms felt... compact. Not sure if it's just me or if ye new projects mein common hai. Daily life ke liye kitna practical hai? Kids ke schools, markets, hospitals paas mein hain kya? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? Genuinely good home banega ya just for show hai? Please share your experiences if you've been there or live nearby.
Been tracking Noida for ages and I'm seeing a pattern. Okay, I'll say what no one says about Ace Acreville vs Hawelia Valenova Park. Everyone talks Greater Noida's future for Ace, but the under-construction gamble is real, yaar. From my experience, ready-to-move Hawelia offers immediate rental yield and zero possession headaches. Its Noida location has better established infra. Ace's appreciation is speculative; Hawelia ka ROI more predictable. Builder track record bhi matter karta hai. Change my mind.
Since last year I've been eyeing Ace Acreville for investment. Builder ka track record sunke thoda darr lag raha hai, delivery dates pe koi guarantee nahi hai. Kya lagta hai, Ace Acreville time pe deliver hoga? Already delays ki news aa rahi hain. Mera ROI plan poora hil jayega agar late hua. Investors ka experience kaisa raha hai is builder ke saath? Resale value pe impact nahi aayega kya?
₹45k a month in rent, honestly I'm done. Finally taking the plunge into Noida real estate and Ace Acreville is on my radar for investment. My budget hits the lower end for a 3BHK there, around ₹2.5 Cr. I'm looking at it purely from an ROI perspective. How has the capital appreciation been for Ace Acreville since its launch? I'm trying to gauge if there’s still significant upside left or if I've missed the boat. Also, what’s the real rental yield like? Builders always quote high figures, but I need ground reality checks. Ace Group's delivery track record worries me a bit; are they usually on time? Don't want my money stuck. Is the resale market liquid enough for this price point in Noida in say, 5-7 years? Is it mostly investors or will it have a decent end-user base?
