Watched this video on ACE Parkway's 3BHKs in Noida. The European interior design looks really slick, Urbancrafts did a nice job making it feel cozy but modern. I'm looking at options in Noida and these homes seem pretty premium. For a 3BHK, is ACE Parkway actually better value than other projects in Sector 150 or nearby? What do you guys think?
ACE Parkway stands among the best flats in Noida, redefining lifestyle as a perfect example of architectural brilliance.. This video explores how these flats in Noida offer a blend of luxury, comfort,... Check out this video walkthrough of ACE Parkway in Noida! What are your thoughts on this? Since last Diwali, I'm trying to finalize a property in Noida for investment, but I'm based in Dubai so can't easily visit. Has anyone invested in Eldeco Swagatam? It's completed toh risk kam hai, but ACE Parkway looks swanky. Is the higher price in ACE Parkway worth it for the rental potential? Kya kisi ko pata hai about the actual carpet area in both? Brochure mein toh bahut dikhate hain. I need a property manager also, so which one is easier to rent out and manage remotely? Honestly not sure which builder to trust more for on-time payments and legal clarity. Should I just stick with a ready-to-move option like Eldeco? Any advice would be helpful!
Kids have moved out, and I'm selling my big house. Looking at smaller places in Noida. ACE Parkway looks good, ready to move, but it's pricey! Eldeco The Studio is way cheaper, but are those studio apartments too small? Honestly not sure if the amenities at Parkway are worth the extra crore. Change my mind. Is the carpet area enough in Eldeco? Maintenance costs? Disagree? Tell me why. Maybe I'm missing something. Resale of existing property is almost done.
Just moved into Swaraj Homes. Rate toh sahi tha, but carpet area is less than expected. ACE Parkway seemed expensive initially, but maybe it's worth it for the extra space? Location wise, both are fine for metro connectivity. Should've considered the resale value angle better. What do you guys think? Did I make a mistake not stretching for Parkway? What are your experiences?
Saw this video about ACE Parkway in Sec-150, Noida. Looks pretty swanky, ngl. They're saying it's ready to move, but I'm always skeptical about these timelines. Anyone have experience with Ace Group projects? Did they deliver on time? I'm looking at similar projects around Noida Expressway and trying to figure out who's actually reliable. Is it worth the risk, or should I look elsewhere? What's your take?
Spotted this video of a resident at ACE Parkway. Seems pretty good, but is it *actually* worth the price tag? Anyone else considering it? My budget's around that range, so I'm curious about real opinions. What's your take on ACE Group's projects in general?
Hey everyone, saw this video tour of an Ace Parkway penthouse in Sector 150, Noida. Looks pretty swanky! Anyone have insights on living there? Is ACE Group a good builder? My budget is around that range, so curious if it's actually worth the price. What's your take?
