Visited Aishwaryam Anand last week. Construction felt decent, but what about actual post-possession quality? My 2BHK in Wakad has amenities, but don't see much ROI. Are these premium clubhouses in 3BHKs truly attracting better tenants or resale value? Or just adding to the EMI?

₹30k in rent every month is just burning cash, I'm finally taking the plunge into buying. Looking at places in Pune, specifically Aishwaryam Anand. Has anyone bought there? I'm worried about construction quality – like, do cracks show up after a year? Also, their brochure amenities look great, but is the clubhouse actually functional? Or do they just tick boxes? Any real experiences with maintenance after possession would be super helpful. Don't want to get stuck with a ghost facility. Is it worth it?
