Been scouting for a bigger place since the kids need their own rooms. Honestly not sure which way to go. Saw Ajnara Daffodil; the size is great, but the price! It's crazy expensive. My wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood, so the ready-to-move thing is tempting. Sunworld Arista is cheaper, which is a plus. But will I regret not going for more space later? The carpet area efficiency seems better in Daffodil, at least on paper. Anyone living in either? What's the actual maintenance like? And how's the resale potential if we need to move again in, say, five years? Is it worth the extra crore for Ajnara?
I'm based in Dubai and planning to invest in Noida. Can't really visit for site inspections, relying on you guys. Was looking at Ajnara Daffodil, seems like a good location, ready to move bhi hai. But the price...holy moly! Then I saw Supertech Renesa, cheaper, but under construction. Is it worth the risk? Heard Supertech kaafi delayed projects hain. I need rental income, so possession is important. What's the real carpet area efficiency in Daffodil? Brochure mein toh sab sahi dikhata hai. Also, need a property manager recommendation later on. Power of attorney ka scene kya hai? Any thoughts on which one would give better ROI in 5 years? Honestly not sure which way to go. Any advice?
Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75. Thinking of upgrading. Ajnara Daffodil mein flats are massive, but the price! Dridha Homes is way more affordable. Is the price jump worth it for the space, ya phir Dridha is a better deal overall? What about resale value down the line? I'm already paying an EMI, so I don't want any possession delays. Anyone has experience with either builder? I'm honestly not sure what to do.
Okay I'll be honest—I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. I'm looking at Noida mein property. Dridha Homes looks good, price point sahi hai, but it's under construction. Ajnara Daffodil is ready to move. I know builders don't always deliver on time. Is the lower price of Dridha worth the risk of delay? Also, super area vs carpet area games—Daffodil seems to have more usable space. Thoughts? Which is better for family? I need help deciding, guys.
₹15,000 per sqft seems like the going rate, but is it actually worth it in Neelkanth Apartments? I'm comparing it with Ajnara Daffodil, where the price range is crazy high. Honestly not sure if the carpet area efficiency justifies the price difference. From my experience, these brochures always lie about usable space. Anyone actually living in either project? Is the maintenance worth it? I'm also thinking about resale value down the line. Which one would give better ROI in 5 years? Should I even consider the higher price point of Ajnara for the brand name? Or is Neelkanth a better calculated risk? What's your experience?
Ajnara Daffodil is ready to move in, but the prices are crazy high. Shubhkamna Apartments, I hear, are cheaper but finding a good unit's tough. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. Honestly not sure if paying the premium for completed is worth it. Is the lower risk of possession delay worth the extra cost? What's your take? Which one would you pick and why?
I'm based in Dubai and can't visit Noida easily. Ajnara Daffodil is ready to move, right? Shubhkamna Apartments ka possession kab tak hoga? Also, resale mein Ajnara seems better for rental income. Need property manager recommendations too. Which one would you pick and why?
I work in real estate but this is for me. Vanalika or Daffodil, Noida? Is the higher price in Daffodil worth it? Anyone know the carpet area efficiency off the record?
Daffodil ka price toh crazy hai! Shivkala Apartment seems more reasonable, but carpet area kitna kam hoga? Possession already hai, toh risk kam hai, sahi hai?
Anyone compared Ajnara Daffodil to Dridha Homes? I'm selling our big house, kids have moved out, and want something manageable. Dridha looks cheaper upfront, but under construction... matlab, risk! Daffodil's ready to move, less headache. Is the higher price worth the peace of mind? Plus, I need elevator access for my wife and me.
