Is Ambience Caitriona really a good place to live long-term, ya phir bas marketing hype hai? I work in real estate, so I know what builders don't tell you. Buying for myself is different though. Brochures sab achha dikhate hain, but what's the actual daily life quality like once you move in? Mohali mein is project ka neighbourhood kaisa hai? Schools, hospitals, daily shops kitne paas hain? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? Is it a friendly community or sab apne mein rehte hain? Maintenance charges ka bhi real figure pata karna hai. Often, the hidden costs hit hard. Just want honest opinions from actual residents, not sales pitches. What do you guys think, genuinely?

Caitriona ka maintenance charge bahut high sunne mein aaya hai, is it worth it for the peace of mind of a completed project? Adani mein possession delay ka risk aur hidden PLC ka darr hai. Log bolte hain under-construction mein negotiation better hota hai, but then interior aur registration cost milake toh almost same hi padta hai na? Change my mind.
