₹1.2 crore for a 3BHK in Ghaziabad, and still builders can't deliver. I'm currently in a 2BHK and planning to upgrade, looking at places like Ambuj City. But yaar, site visits par jo dikhate hain aur brochure mein jo hota hai, after possession it's a totally different story. My friend just got possession in another society, gym ka equipment cheap, swimming pool adha bana hua, aur clubhouse toh bas naam ka hai. Construction quality bhi... bahar se theek lagta hai, but andar fittings aur seepage issues sunn raha hoon. Is the price jump for a 3BHK worth it if amenities are just for show? Maintenance charges bhi high hote hain, but service quality ka kya? Anyone faced this with Ambuj City ya other projects? Kya karna chahiye to avoid this headache?
Did a site visit to Ambuj City last Saturday. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. Selling our old home, want something manageable. Brochures mein toh clubhouse aur green areas bade impressive dikhte hain. But real mein, are they actually delivered and usable, ya bas show-off hai? Log bolte hain construction quality ka issue aata hai, like seepage after a year. Aur maintenance charges versus service quality, is it worth it? Any residents' experiences would be super helpful.
Ambuj City ka maintenance kaafi high lag raha hai. Aashiyana Upvan mein hidden charges suney hain, builder pe bharosa nahi. Total cost of ownership worth it for an upgrade? Already have a home loan.
Did a site visit to MRS Ultra Luxury Independent Floors last week. Ready-to-move hai toh tension kam hai, but yaar, that 1.60 Cr price tag... Ambuj City ka price toh kam lag raha, but it's still under-construction. I know what builders don't tell you about delays and hidden PLC. Is MRS ka premium worth it for peace of mind, ya Ambuj City mein risk lena theek hai? Builder ka track record bhi matter karta hai. Kya lagta hai, which one is a better long-term bet for Ghaziabad?
8 months of Ghaziabad property hunting, and Ambuj City finally made sense 4 months back. Just moved in last month, abhi settling in. Builder ka delivery track record toh theek laga tha, but I'm worried about long-term ROI. Agent ne toh bola achha appreciation milega, but is the capital appreciation actually happening for others here? Aur rental yield kya expect kar sakte hain? Not sure agar secondary market mein liquidity achhi hai. Any first-hand experiences with resales in Ambuj City? Should I hold for 5 years?
