Is Anno Tayyab Lane genuinely good to live in daily for a family? My wife and I are looking for a bigger flat, need at least a 3BHK for our growing family. Anno Tayyab Lane looks affordable at around 23L, but I'm worried it might be too small or the area not great for kids. What's the neighbourhood like for schools and safety there? My wife's priority is a safe place for the children, and good schools nearby for their admission. Honestly, I'm not sure if this place really fits the bill for a long-term family home. Anyone living there or nearby, what's your take? Should we seriously consider it?
Under-construction project delays in Delhi are a real concern for NRIs like me. I'm based in Dubai and looking to invest in New Delhi. Torn between Garur Golf Island (ongoing) and Anno Tayyab Lane (completed). Garur ka possession kab tak milega, aur OC delays ka kitna risk hai? Anno Tayyab is ready, so that's a plus for quick rental. What's the actual rental potential for both? Plus, total cost of ownership, including sab expenses. Which one feels like a better investment for a 5-year outlook?
