Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – Noida Extension mein property dekh raha hu. Ansal Carnation Garden mein construction quality ka experience kaisa hai? Weak construction means high long-term maintenance, affecting resale. Promised amenities deliver hote hain ya bas paper par? Premium amenities often inflate price, not real rental value. Maintenance charges directly impact ROI for investors.
Kids have moved out, so thinking smaller. YEIDA plot dikhta hai promising for appreciation. Ansal Carnation Garden is ready to move. But resale value? What do you all think?
I'm based in Dubai. Ansal Carnation Garden is ready, but Eldeco 7 Peaks is under construction. Is the lower risk worth the older construction? Which has better resale? Need advice!
Finally taking the plunge and buying in Noida. Fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. I'm looking at Ansal Carnation Garden (Greater Noida) and Assotech VSNL Officers Apartment (Noida). Assotech is ready to move, but almost double the price. Is the carpet area in Assotech actually worth it? Or should I gamble on under-construction and maybe get better appreciation? Kya kisi ko Ansal ka track record pata hai? Which one would you choose for investment, considering resale?
Kids have moved out, so selling the big house. Ansal Carnation Garden is ready to move, but carpet area seems less. Dasnac Westminster looks good, but it's upcoming. Builder ka track record kya hai? Which project has better resale value in the long run? Want something manageable, low maintenance.
Ansal Carnation Garden is ready to move, but Godrej Majesty looks fancy. My wife's priority is a safe environment for the kids. Majesty mein amenities zyada hai, but it's under construction. Is it worth the risk for a supposedly better ROI? Which one would you pick?
Ansal Carnation Garden is cheaper, but Antriksh Grand View's carpet area seems way better. OC mil gaya hai, so no risk. Grand View's resale value bhi achi hogi, I think. Thoughts?
Just moved into my new place, and property hunting in Noida was a journey, let me tell you. I was initially looking at Ansal Carnation Garden 'cause the price seemed right. But tbh, the carpet area felt smaller than advertised. Then checked out Eldeco 7 Peaks Residences. Amenities looked amazing, but the price jump was huge! Plus, under construction matlab another gamble. It's tempting, but is it worth double the price for potentially better amenities? Anyone living in either? What's the real maintenance like, and how's the water situation? Actually, I'm more concerned about the location and commute. Connectivity wise, which is better for daily travel to Delhi? Any insights would be appreciated!
Honestly, I'm confused between YEIDA Individual Residential Plots and Ansal Carnation Garden. YEIDA plots are expensive, but land appreciates, right? Ansal is ready to move, which is tempting. But resale value ka kya scene hai? Which one would you pick for, say, 5-year appreciation? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
Currently in a 2BHK. Ansal's price looks tempting, but carpet area kitna hai? Assotech seems better built. Is the extra cost worth it for peace of mind and OC? Confused!
