Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — ab Ghaziabad mein project choose karna mushkil ho raha hai. I'm in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to 3BHK. I'm comparing Apex Quebec (under-construction) and Ansal Tanushree (ready-to-move). What I've realized is, builders only quote base price. The *real* total cost includes stamp duty, registration, PLC, interiors, and maintenance. UC projects mein hidden costs high ho jaate hain. Ready-to-move mein thoda clear picture rehta hai. Has anyone calculated total cost for these? Ready-to-move vs under-construction, final bill kitna different hota hai? Any negotiation hacks for hidden costs? Hope this helps others.
₹70 lakh for a 3BHK in Ghaziabad, that's quite a jump for me. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading and Ansal Tanushree looks promising. Completed project hai but real-life experience kaisa hai? Amenities, like the gym ya pool, kitne functional hain, ya bas showpiece? Kids ke schools aur daily market access ka bhi dekhna hai. Is it genuinely a good home for family, ya sirf paper pe achha lagta hai? Jo log wahan rehte hain, please share your honest opinion. Worth hai kya?
