Assotech VSNL Officers Apartment — everyone glorifies its value for money. But honestly, I'm hearing carpet area is actually smaller than expected, which is a big deal for daily living. Is the society vibe friendly for young families, yaar? Or just isolated? Not sure if it's genuinely good to live in. Change my mind.
Finally taking the plunge and buying in Noida. Fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. I'm looking at Ansal Carnation Garden (Greater Noida) and Assotech VSNL Officers Apartment (Noida). Assotech is ready to move, but almost double the price. Is the carpet area in Assotech actually worth it? Or should I gamble on under-construction and maybe get better appreciation? Kya kisi ko Ansal ka track record pata hai? Which one would you choose for investment, considering resale?
I'm weighing Assotech VSNL Officers Apartment against Sai Upvan. Assotech's resale seems decent, but Sai Upvan's price is tempting. Anyone compared the actual carpet area? Kya kisi ko pata hai which offers better rental yield or 5-year appreciation potential for a family? Which has better security features?
Wave City Sec 7 looks cheaper upfront, but is it *really*? I work in real estate, so I know the super area vs carpet area games. Assotech VSNL Officers Apartment seems to offer more usable space. Is the higher price justified by that? Has anyone compared floor plans closely?
Honestly not sure if upgrading makes sense right now. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, Noida, already have a home loan, and thinking of going bigger. I'm looking at Assotech VSNL Officers Apartment (ready to move, 3BHK around ₹1.1 Cr) vs Eldeco 7 Peaks Residences in Greater Noida (under construction villas, starting ₹2.16 Cr). That's a huge price jump! Is it justified? Eldeco promises way more amenities and bigger space, obviously. But under construction matlab more risk, right? And the OC is further away. Assotech is older, but at least you know what you're getting. Plus, metro connectivity is better from my current place. What does the community think? Which would you pick?
