₹78 lakh for a 2BHK in ATS Allure... site visit pe sab acha lagta hai. But delivery ke baad construction quality aur amenities ki reality kya hai? Cracks, seepage issues kaise hain?
I'm usually pretty confident with numbers, but ATS Allure has me scratching my head a bit. It's completed, which is good, no delivery risk. But what about capital appreciation? Since launch, has its price seen decent movement? Also, real rental yield kya hai, has anyone leased out their 2/3 BHK there? And resale market kitna liquid hai, exit strategy ke liye? Considering the price range of ₹92L-1.08Cr, is it still a good long-term hold?
Visited ATS Allure last weekend and honestly, it felt a bit overhyped. Everyone talks about the amenities, but will kids actually use that big pool daily? My wife ki priority hai nearby schools and a friendly society vibe. Wahan ka community feel thoda detached laga, not very family-centric for kids to play freely. Carpet area bhi 3BHK ke liye compact laga. Is it really a good long-term home? Change my mind.
Did some research on ATS Allure from Dubai. Completed project hai. Real rental yield kya hai? Resale liquidity kaisi hai? ATS ka investor track record kaisa hai?
