Has ATS's project delivery track record been consistently strong across *all* their developments, not just Dolce? Does their overall history justify the premium for long-term investment security?
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now seriously looking at ATS Dolce. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 76, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there. ₹1.35 Cr se upar ka budget hai, toh is the premium for Dolce worth it? I'm wondering if it’s genuinely good to live in daily, ya bas paper pe hi accha lagta hai. Honestly not sure if the price jump justifies the actual living experience. Amenities ki reality check chahiye. Brochure mein toh sab kuch dikhate hain, but actually kitne useful hain? Woh swimming pool, gym, clubhouse... kitna use hota hai aur maintenance kaisa hai? Society ka vibe kaisa hai wahan? Friendly hai ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Already have a home loan, so EMI will be a factor. Koi resident experience share kar sakta hai for daily life?
