Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Noida, currently in a 2BHK in Sector 76. Now I'm seriously looking at ATS Picturesque Reprieves for a 3BHK upgrade. The prices are steep, ₹2.96 Cr+, so I need to know if the premium is truly justified for daily living. Already have a home loan, so this jump is a big deal. It looks fancy in brochures, but what's the actual livability like? Is the carpet area efficient for a family, or does it feel cramped? The layout seemed okay but not super spacious for the ticket. Also, how's the neighborhood around it? Schools, markets, hospitals nearby? And the community vibe inside, is it friendly or more isolated? Not sure if the price justifies the space and overall experience.
