Birla Trimaya amenities: Worth it for investors?

₹1.2 crore for a 2BHK at Birla Trimaya Phase I. Everyone glorifies those fancy clubhouses, but does that translate to better resale ya just higher maintenance? I'm based in Dubai, can't check construction quality myself. Kya builders sach mein deliver karte hain, or just cracks and seepage after 2 saal? Change my mind.
