Been renting for almost a decade now and honestly, I'm just fed up. Landlord hiked the rent again, so finally taking the plunge to buy something, build some equity. I'm checking out projects like Brigade 7 Gardens. The brochures always show amazing amenities and green areas. My biggest worry is the 'promised vs delivered' reality. Do those clubhouses actually get used, or are they ghost facilities? And the maintenance charges... do they reflect service quality? For investment, do these amenities genuinely add to resale value or attract better tenants, or is it just a premium I'll pay upfront?
Visited Brigade 7 Gardens last weekend. Honestly, I'm worried about construction quality and amenities affecting investment. Builders promise a lot, but what about cracks and seepage after a year? Does poor quality really hit resale value and tenant attraction? Are these fancy amenities just fluff, hiking prices and maintenance without real ROI?
₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Brigade 7 Gardens. Builder promises are just marketing hype, right? My current 2BHK's 'clubhouse' is a ghost town. Amenities look great, par construction quality? After a year, cracks and seepage dikhte hain. Is this the reality? Change my mind.
