But how's the actual carpet area efficiency for a 2BHK? My wife's really focused on whether it feels spacious enough for us and the kids. Also, what's the society vibe like? Is it genuinely good for families with young children?
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – ab Brown Brick Green View Apartment dekh raha hun. Is project mein kitna capital appreciation expect kar sakte hain? Resale market kaisa hai, will it be easy to exit in 5 years? Rental yield bhi kitna mil jaayega idhar, koi idea hai?

Okay, I'll say what no one says: is that Manglam premium just for fancy amenities we won't even use, or is it actual better appreciation? For a 5-year investment, I'm thinking Brown Brick might actually give better ROI percentage-wise. It's completed, less risk. Disagree? Tell me why.
