Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – ab phas gaya hoon between Capital Green Avenue 74 and JDS Real Estate Eco City. Honestly, I'm leaning hard towards Capital Green because it's already completed. Sab log under-construction ke ROI ki baat karte hain, but koi possession delay ka stress nahi dekhta. JDS Eco City ka abhi kuch clear nahi, toh rental potential bhi kaise judge karun? Ready property mein tenant jaldi milte hain, right? And Capital Green ke layouts bhi better lagte hain, no wasted space. I just want peace of mind, not a gamble. Change my mind.
