Since last year, I've been eyeing properties in Delhi for investment. CGHS Shakuntalam, priced around ₹1.5 Cr, looks good but honestly I'm not sure about its investor viability. What's the real capital appreciation here? And what kind of rental yield can one actually expect? Is the resale market active, or will it be tough to exit in a few years?
New Delhi's property scene is ridiculous with hidden costs. We're eyeing Uttam Uttam Homes 6 for a 3BHK. The total cost of ownership feels so unclear. Are advertised prices even real?
