Just moved into Dagar Ashiyana Prime Villas last month, aur kuch security systems ko lekar thoda confused hoon. Visitor management app theek hai, but guards ka quality itna great nahi lag raha. Sometimes they just wave cars through without proper checks. CCTV coverage bhi har jagah nahi dikhta, particularly in parking. Is this normal for Greater Noida societies? Should I raise this with the association? Yaar, safety pe compromise toh nahi hona chahiye na? What's your experience with security in your complexes?

3 months hogaye Dagar Ashiyana Prime Villas mein shift kiye. Brochure mein green areas aur clubhouse ka jo dikhaya tha, woh reality se kaafi alag hai. Builder ne promised amenities toh bahut kiye the. Ab lagta hai tenant attract karna mushkil hoga is wajah se. Kya aisi discrepancies resale value pe impact karti hain long-term mein? Maintenance charges bhi high lag rahe hain but facilities utni nahi.

But yaar, construction quality after a year often means cracks, seepage, loose fittings. How does that impact future resale ya tenant attraction? And these huge clubhouses, gyms... are they actually used daily or just for show? Maintenance charges toh high hote hain, but service quality ka kya? I don't see the premium justifying long-term headaches. Change my mind.
