Our big house is almost sold, but Dasnac The Jewel's maintenance is genuinely frustrating. They quoted one amount, now it's much higher. Did others face these unexpected charges after moving in? Any advice?
Finally taking the plunge after years of renting, and the EMI vs. rent math is pushing me towards buying. I'm looking at Dasnac The Jewel in Noida Extension. It looks great on paper, and the prices are definitely up there, ₹3.73 Cr and above. I'm wondering if it's genuinely a good place to live daily or if it's just looking good in brochures. Visited the site, the amenities seem impressive, but are they actually useful once you move in? Like, the clubhouse and pools... do people really use them often, or are they just for show? I'm trying to figure out the actual society vibe too. Is it a friendly community, or do people mostly keep to themselves? Honestly not sure if the premium is worth it for the day-to-day experience. Any residents or recent buyers there? What's your honest take on the livability and maintenance charges?
₹35,000 rent every month is seriously draining me out. Finally taking the plunge, Noida Extension mein property dekh raha hoon. Mera budget ₹80 lakh tak hai, but I'm looking for long-term value. Aravali Apartments under-construction hai, toh thoda risk hai possession ka, but current price point theek lag raha. Dasnac The Jewel, on the other hand, ready-to-move hai, no delay tension. But uska price range meri budget se kaafi upar hai. Is it worth stretching for Dasnac for better rental potential ya Aravali ka appreciation better hoga in 5 years? As an end-user, what makes more sense? Should I wait for Aravali ya try to manage Dasnac ka down payment?
