2 years se Delhi mein investment dekh raha hoon, comparison tough hai. DPB Blue Sky Residency aur The Sunrise Apartment dono completed hain. Connectivity ka kya scene hai daily commute ke liye? Floor plans mein kaunsa better usable space deta hai? RWA quality aur society vibe pe bhi input chahiye. I'm based abroad, can't visit. Any experiences?
Spent the whole Sunday researching options in New Delhi remotely, yaar. I'm based in Dubai and can't do a site inspection myself. Property Gallery aur DPB Blue Sky Residency dono completed hain. But I'm seriously confused about actual carpet area efficiency. Brochure figures kitne real hain? Also, parking allocation ka kya scene hai? Covered parking properly allotted hai ya lottery system? My biggest worry for rental management is tenant satisfaction. Kaunsa project better rahega for a family looking for good usable space and hassle-free parking? Any ground reality info would be super helpful.

Did a site visit to DPB Blue Sky Residency and Planner Premium Homes last Saturday. Both are completed projects in New Delhi, which I always prefer over UC. Honestly, the carpet area efficiency in Planner Premium Homes felt way better. DPB Blue Sky's floor plans seemed to waste a lot of space for the price they're asking, even though the brochure sqft was comparable. I'm trying to calculate the true total cost of ownership, including stamp duty, interiors, and maintenance. Planner Premium has a higher entry, but maybe its smart layouts mean less wasted money on unused space. What are your thoughts on which one offers better long-term value, especially regarding floor plan utility?
Okay I'll be honest — I thought upgrading from my 2BHK would be simpler. I'm looking for a 3BHK in New Delhi, already have a home loan. Comparing Ambience Multi Unit and DPB Blue Sky Residency, both completed. Ambience ka price range high hai, but DPB Blue Sky bhi up to 1.35 Cr ja raha. Total cost of ownership, including stamp duty and maintenance, kismein better deal milegi? Also, 5-year appreciation ke liye, kaunsa project achha investment hai? Rental potential kiska zyaada hai? Not sure if that Ambience price jump is worth it.
