Caught this video about Ekanam in Noida Sector 107. Wow, looks like an amazing ultra-luxury project, 3500+ sqft starting at 7.05 Cr. But it's a new launch. I'm always worried about possession timelines for these big projects. Honestly, I'm wondering how realistic those initial delivery dates usually are. Does anyone here have experience with Great Value Group's past projects or similar luxury launches? Do they actually deliver on time?
Came across this video about Ekanam in Noida. The 50,000 sq ft clubhouse and 40th-floor sky dining definitely caught my eye. They're pushing those high-end amenities like VRV AC and PM 2.5 filtration. I'm looking at it from an investment angle though. Do you guys think these luxury features translate into strong future appreciation or good rental yields in Noida? Is the pricing for Ekanam justified for long-term returns?
Been checking out ATS Knightsbridge and Ekanam. Ekanam is upcoming, so risk hai. But Knightsbridge mein, are they really giving the carpet area they promise? Koi batao, worth it hai kya?
Is anyone else shocked by Ekanam's starting price of 7.05 Cr? My budget is smaller, need a 3BHK in Noida, and NS Prime View Extension seems more realistic. Ready to move is a big plus for me; kids' school admission is priority. That under-construction gamble with Ekanam is risky, especially with the PLC charges they'll probably add later. Carpet area efficiency matters more than fancy amenities, honestly. My wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood. Has anyone compared the sqft price you *actually* pay in both? Is Ekanam really worth that much more? I'm thinking resale value too. Thoughts?
Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading. Amrapali Crystal Homes is ready, but Ekanam by Great Value looks fancy. Is the price jump worth it for Ekanam? Kya kisi ko pata hai about Ekanam's builder reputation? Also, ready-to-move mein resale value toh better hi hoti hai, right?
Ekanam is expensive, but Presithum ready hai. Carpet area kitna milega, woh dekhna hai. Is it worth paying extra for ready-to-move? What's resale potential like?
Has anyone checked out this video on Ekanam by Great Value Realty in Sector 107 Noida? It talks about them being a builder you might not have heard of... which is kinda true for me, lol. What's your take on the project after seeing the video? Is it worth considering? Looking for feedback!
