Eldeco Ananda vs Paras Tierea, which is better? Ananda is ready to move. Tierea bhi completed hai. But Ananda offers peace of mind, right? What do you guys think?
Paras Tierea ka location sahi hai, but Eldeco Ananda is ready to move. I'm confused! Possession risk nahi chahiye, so Ananda seems safer. But Tierea ke flats are slightly bigger, giving better carpet area. What's the real price per sqft in Tierea after adding PLC? Also, how are the maintenance charges in both? Which one has better resale value? Any thoughts, guys?
Been renting for 5 years, landlord ne phir rent badha diya! I'm done. Unitech Unihomes 2 and Eldeco Ananda dono ready to move hai, that's a big plus. But Unitech's price seems lower. Is it worth the risk though? Anyone living in either? Carpet area kitna milta hai actually? Plus, resale value mein kaunsa better rahega? Socha tha EMI rent se kam hoga, but total cost dekh ke dar lag raha hai. Any advice?

Eldeco is ready to move, which is a plus, right? Less risk. But RN Royal is cheaper...42-63L sounds good. Kya aap logon ko pata hai, carpet area efficiency kis mein better hai? I need something that's actually usable. Also, what about the builder trust factor? Who's more likely to deliver on promises, ya? And rental potential? I'll need a property manager, so which one would attract better tenants and rent? Mujhe advice chahiye!
