My 2BHK in Sector 137 feels cramped. Eldeco Live By The Greens aur Root2Home Samridhhi Villas mein confused. Eldeco ka carpet area efficient hai? Root2Home (upcoming) mein builder trust aur 5-year appreciation ka kya scene hai? Is this upgrade worth it?
Just invested in Eldeco Live By The Greens kuch months pehle, around the ₹1.3 Cr mark. Honestly, abhi thoda concerned hoon capital appreciation ko lekar. Mera main goal toh long-term ROI hai. Builder ka delivery track record kaisa hai, will they really finish on time? Aur resale market kitni liquid hai wahan? Lag raha hai secondary market mein zyada activity nahi hai. Rental yield bhi kitna realistically expect kar sakte hain? Kahin investor ratio bahut high toh nahi, making it a ghost society? Any ground-level experiences on this project?
Did a site visit to JKG Palm Court and Eldeco Live By The Greens this past week. JKG is ready to move, which is great, but Eldeco's pricing for an ongoing project seems quite high. I'm torn between the immediate possession of JKG and the potential appreciation of Eldeco. Is going for an under-construction project like Eldeco still worth the gamble, especially with builder delays? What's the general sentiment on Eldeco's delivery track record? For a 5-year investment horizon, which one makes more sense?
Noida Extension mein Eldeco Live By The Greens dekha tha recently. Kids ab abroad settle ho gaye hain, toh ab itna bada ghar nahi chahiye. We're looking for something manageable, low maintenance. Eldeco Live By The Greens ka 2 BHK floor plan kaisa hai? Carpet area efficiency kaisi hai, especially for older people? We need accessible layouts, not too many awkward corners. Elevator access toh hoga hi, but society ka overall vibe, security, aur hospital proximity kitni hai? Is it genuinely a good place for daily living, ya sirf brochure mein achha lagta hai? Maintenance charges bhi sunne mein aa rahe hain, kitne hote hain monthly? Hamara current property resale karke idhar shift hone ka soch rahe hain, toh long-term suitability important hai. Koi resident hai jo apne experience share kar sake? Not sure if it's the right fit for us, looking for honest opinions.
2 years past RERA deadline, Eldeco Live By The Greens still isn't ready. Fed up of renting, I'm now paying EMI and rent both. Builder keeps pushing dates. Did anyone else get stuck with this project?
Did a site visit to Eldeco Live By The Greens on Saturday and honestly, I'm still processing. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 120, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, and this project is in my budget, ₹1.25 Cr–₹1.54 Cr. Builder ka track record theek lag raha hai, but I really need to know if it's genuinely good to live in daily, ya sirf paper pe achha lag raha hai? I mean, is the quality of life actually worth the price jump? Already have a home loan, so this is a big step. Their clubhouse, gym, pool sab dekha, but are these amenities actually useful ya sirf showpiece hain? Maintenance kaisa hai? Also, neighbourhood quality. Bachchon ke schools, hospitals, markets kitni door hain? Commute kaisa rehta hai from there to major hubs? Koi resident hai yahan? Apne experiences share karo please, especially about daily convenience and if the community vibe is good.
I'm confused between Eldeco Edge and Live by the Greens in Noida. Edge is ready to move, but Live by the Greens has more amenities. Wife wants the latter! But is under construction risk worth it? And kya Live by the Greens mein school nazdeek hai? Which is better for kids?
So, I'm confused between Eldeco Live By The Greens and The 3C Lotus Zing. Eldeco is like, super expensive. But Zing is ready to move, right? What about builder trust, yaar? Honestly, is the price difference worth it? Which one has better resale value in Noida, kya aap logon ko pata hai?
