Kya kisi ne Emaar Imperial Gardens Sector 102 ka yeh latest video dekha hai? Dwarka Expressway connectivity aur amenities video mein kaafi smooth dikh rahi hain. 3 BHK + SQ 2025 sqft ka price 2.50 CR mention kiya hai. But honestly, us area mein metro access aur nearby schools/hospitals ki ground reality kya hai? Is it really as good as shown, ya abhi bhi development chal raha hai?

My possession was in March at Emaar Palm Gardens, and I'm seeing the real picture. Imperial Gardens talks big, but Palm Gardens has way better carpet area. And for the insane maintenance, Palm Gardens actually delivers usable amenities. Change my mind.

Since last year, I've been eyeing Gurugram for investment from Dubai. Everyone talks about Emaar's brand, but honestly, I think their completed Imperial Gardens project is already priced too high. Are the rental yields truly good? And is there a liquid resale market, or will it just sit? Change my mind.
