Been looking for 8 months now, it's getting exhausting. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits are tough. Confused between Ambika JV Anjanadri (₹29.99L) and Fusion 4 Oyster (₹1.10 Cr). What's the real total cost of ownership for both, including hidden charges like PLC or OC? Also, rental potential kiska better hai for an NRI investor?
₹1.3 Cr budget, 6 months of searching, ab dimag ghoom gaya hai. We're looking at Fusion 4 Oyster for a 3BHK, my wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood for the kids. Is the area genuinely good, matlab, schools and daily market access kaisa hai? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? Bachon ke liye friendly hai ya isolated feel hota hai? Daily life wahan pe kaisi hai for a family?
Marathahalli... it's been a ride since I got possession of my 2 BHK in Fusion 4 Oyster a few months back. Investment ke liye liya tha, ab soch raha hoon ROI kitna banega. Price toh 1.1 Cr ke around pada tha, but I'm wondering if capital appreciation will really kick in. Jab liya tha, builder ka track record sahi laga tha, completion bhi on time hua. Ab rental yield ka scene kya hai? Market mein 35-40k tak bol rahe hain, but actual mein kitna milta hai? Not sure agar resale market utna liquid hai for this project. Koi aur investor hai yahan se? Kya lagta hai 5 saal mein exit strategy ke liye ye sahi option hai? Matlab, will I find a buyer easily? Thoda worried hoon about the long-term wealth creation potential. Any thoughts on Fusion 4 Oyster's future?
