Gaursons 6th Avenue — been looking at their 3BHKs for an upgrade. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 76, and trying to figure out if the price jump to 6th Avenue is actually worth it. On paper it looks good, but how's daily life there? What's the community vibe like? Is it friendly, or do people mostly keep to themselves? Also, honestly, how's the neighbourhood quality? Are good schools and decent markets easily accessible? I'm worried if the amenities are genuinely useful or just for show. Any current residents can share their real experiences? Already have a home loan, so EMI is a big factor for me.

I'm confused between Gaursons 6th Avenue and Subh Laxmi Apartments in Noida. Gaursons is pretty expensive, but Subh Laxmi is cheaper. Kya Gaursons mein better ROI milega?
