But I'm really trying to understand the ROI here. What's the actual rental yield people are getting? And long-term capital appreciation kaisa raha hai? Resale market kitna liquid hai, matlab exit strategy kya hai 5-7 saal mein? Any experiences with this project for investment?

I'm trying to see past the marketing spiel. Any residents here who can share off-the-record thoughts on noise, air quality, or maintenance charges? Just want to know if it's truly a good home.
