Has anyone bought into G3 Builder Floor 1 ya GCM Anubhav Appartments? I'm currently in a 2BHK in New Delhi and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. G3 is completed, par GCM Anubhav Appartments bhi ready-to-move hai. Honestly, not sure if the premium for GCM's society vibe and amenities is worth it, ya G3's builder floor setup better rahega. Kya kisi ko pata hai society formation aur RWA quality kaisi hai GCM mein? Total cost of ownership, including maintenance charges and all, ka kya scene hai dono projects mein? Already home loan chal raha hai, so every extra expense matters. Should I go for a builder floor ya proper society setup? Confused hoon, especially about the long-term living experience and resale value. Opinions please!

Been living in my new flat for about two months now, and honestly, the whole search process was a blur. We had shortlisted Marwaha Luxury Homes and GCM Anubhav Appartments, both completed projects in New Delhi. Marwaha ka floor plan mujhe kaafi efficient laga, like usable carpet area was genuinely more. No awkward corners, which is a big deal when you're paying so much. GCM Anubhav felt a bit different, amenities were decent but layout wise, Marwaha just felt more premium. Now that I'm settled, I keep thinking about how many amenities are actually useful. Kya Marwaha ya GCM mein residents really use the clubhouse everyday? Ya bas show-off hai? And for those prices, especially Marwaha's ₹2.30-₹4.75 Cr range, is the long-term maintenance burden justified? Would love to hear real experiences from people living there.

Did a site visit to GCM Anubhav Appartments last week. Brochure mein toh bohot achha dikh raha hai, but I'm wondering if it's genuinely good to live in daily? My first property hai, toh thoda nervous hoon. Society ka vibe kaisa hai wahan? Aur neighbourhood mein schools, hospitals kitne paas hain, ya phir commute ka kya scene hai? Honestly, amenities bhi sirf paper pe achhi hain ya actual use mein bhi theek hain? Ab samajh nahi aa raha. Koi experience share kar sakta hai?

GCM Anubhav Appartments mein maintenance charges kitne hain, actual mein? Kids have moved out, so I'm looking for a manageable flat. Hospital proximity aur society vibe kaisi hai wahan? Is it good for senior living?

GCM Anubhav Appartments – just realized actual rental yield isn't what brokers quote. I'm seeing lower ROI than expected. What's the real investor-to-end-user ratio here? Worried about resale liquidity down the line.
