Godrej Palm Retreat 1 ka carpet area mujhe kaafi underwhelmed kar gaya. Fed up of renting, I thought I'd get more space for ₹1.3 Cr. Site visit pe 2BHK bahut small laga. Actual livability kaisi hai wahan? Aur maintenance charges kitne hain monthly? Is it genuinely a good home ya bas naam ka luxury?

Everyone talks about Godrej's brand value, but their Noida delivery track record isn't always stellar. I'm currently in a 2BHK and eyeing Godrej Palm Retreat 1 for a 3BHK upgrade.
