Matlab, kya actual mein koi yahan achha rent nikal pa raha hai? Ya sirf investor hi investor hain society mein, making it a ghost town? I'm really worried about the resale market liquidity too. Agar 5-7 saal baad exit karna ho, buyer milenge bhi ya nahi? Already ek home loan chal raha hai, I can't afford a bad investment. Any real experiences, please share.
