Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. After years of renting, and my landlord raising rent again, I'm finally taking the plunge and looking to buy in Ghaziabad. Golden Shree Ganpati Residency (completed) came up in my search, around the ₹78L mark. It looks decent on paper, but I'm really fed up of brochure promises not matching reality. I'm doing the EMI vs rent math constantly. Has anyone lived there, or knows someone who does? I'm wondering if it's genuinely good for daily living, or if it's just another project that looks good but has issues. Specifically, how are the amenities? Do people actually use the gym or community hall, or are they just there for show? Also, what's the neighbourhood vibe like? Are there decent schools and markets close by for families? Not sure if it's the right choice for a first home. Any insights would be super helpful.
Did a site visit to Golden Shree Ganpati Residency on Saturday and honestly, location toh sahi lagi. Fed up of renting now, so thinking of investing for long-term equity, maybe rent it out later. Project complete hai, but I'm wondering about the actual capital appreciation since launch. Kya prices move hue hain significantly? And what's the realistic rental yield here? Like, 2BHK ka kitna rent mil jaayega monthly? Resale market kitna liquid hai, matlab, agar 5-7 saal baad exit karna ho, toh buyer mil jaayenge easily? Not sure if it's a good investment bet. Any insights from current owners ya jin logon ne yahan investment kiya hai?
Honestly, I'm a bit overwhelmed after moving into Golden Shree Ganpati Residency last month. Possession was in March, aur abhi settle ho raha hoon. Living here, I'm seeing things nobody told me. The gym looks okay, but is it actually used daily? What about the pool? And neighbourhood quality ka kya scene hai? Schools, hospitals, ya market kitne paas hain? Mujhe lag raha hai daily convenience yahaan kaisi hai. Is it genuinely a good home for daily living ya bas paper pe sahi lagta hai?
