GTM Residency Tower's project delivery was rough. My possession was a nightmare, honestly. So many snags post-handover, still fixing things. Did anyone else face these issues here? Change my mind.
GTM Residency Tower's pricing feels a bit steep for what I'm seeing online. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK and the ₹1.18 Cr for GTM is on my radar. My main concern is the actual carpet area for that price point. Are the layouts efficient, or does space feel wasted? I've seen some floor plans, and it's hard to tell if it's genuinely livable or just good on paper. How's daily life there? What about schools nearby, like Manav Rachna or DPS, and decent hospitals? Not sure if the immediate vicinity has good markets. Is the society community well-knit, or isolated? Any red flags or pleasant surprises from current residents? Already have a home loan, so need to know if this move makes sense. Is the price jump worth it?
Broker claims for GTM Residency Tower's resale liquidity often hide ground reality. Completed project hai. Iska actual capital appreciation kitna hua hai? Resale market mein liquidity kaisi hai? Mera 2BHK bechkar yahan invest karna worth it hoga for a good ROI? Koi practical tips do.
₹1.18 Cr for GTM Residency Tower? Everyone glorifies the location, but honestly, are the amenities even worth it? I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading, but this price for a completed project feels like you're paying for fancy brochures, not actual livability. Is it genuinely a good home, or just another Gurgaon project on paper? Change my mind.
Been looking for 8 months now. DLF Royalton vs GTM Residency ka premium price confusing hai. Advertised cost aur final mein itna farak kyun? Amenities sirf brochure mein hain ya real bhi?
Honestly, I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a completely different ballgame, especially in Gurgaon. I'm looking at GTM Residency Tower and Krrish Provence Estate. The price difference is massive, obviously. For GTM, is the lower price per sqft truly indicative of its value, or are there hidden costs that make it less appealing? And for Krrish, are the floor plans genuinely more efficient, or is it mostly super area wastage? My main concern is long-term appreciation. Which one do you think offers better investment potential over the next five years given their current market positions? I'm not sure if the premium for Krrish will sustain that growth.
Since the kids moved out last year, I'm selling our big house and looking for a smaller, manageable flat in Gurgaon. I'm eyeing Sobha Crescent but it's under-construction, so delays ka dar hai. GTM Residency Tower is ready-to-move, which is good. What about the total cost of ownership, especially maintenance charges, for both? Also, investor ratio kaisa hai? Don't want to end up in a ghost society. Which one would you recommend for a peaceful, long-term stay?
