Shakti Apartments aur Hind Apartment mein se kiska rental potential better hai for an NRI? I'm in Dubai, so can't do site visits. Remote buying mein risk kitna hai, especially for resale market?
My family moved into Hind Apartment in March, aur ab thoda confused hoon about the daily living experience. Brochure mein toh amenities bahut achhe dikhte the, par actual mein swimming pool abhi tak fully functional nahi hai, aur gym bhi chhota sa lagta hai. Honestly, not sure if yeh genuinely good hai for daily life ya sirf paper pe sahi lagta hai. Neighborhood wise, market pass mein hai, that's a plus. But schools aur hospitals ki connectivity kaisi hai, especially for kids? Community ka vibe kaisa hai yahaan? Log friendly hain ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Aur maintenance charges kitne lagte hain monthly, considering kuch amenities abhi bhi WIP hain? Thoda first-hand advice chahiye.
Remote investing in Delhi is tough. I'm eyeing Hind Apartment and Ganpati Apartment. What's their rental potential and builder ka track record? Which has better end-user ratio?
Builders always play games with the advertised price. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, man. Looking at Swaraj Homes Leiah, they quote ₹1.03 Cr, but the carpet area vs super area game is insane. Hind Apartment feels more transparent, but it's older. What's the real price per sqft people are actually paying after all the hidden charges for Leiah? And for Hind, is the floor plan genuinely more efficient, or am I missing something? Total cost of ownership, including PLC and maintenance, is my main concern. Am I overthinking this?
