₹10 Cr for an apartment, and I'm still worried about delivery dates. Home And Soul Page Three Residences was sold as a premium investment. But, frankly, their past project delivery track record isn't exactly stellar. Are we looking at significant delays again? How does that even impact capital appreciation and my exit strategy?
The current rental market in Noida is just ridiculous, honestly. I'm fed up of paying rent and finally looking to put money into something tangible, eyeing Home And Soul Page Three Residences. This project, with its ₹7.72 Cr–₹19.54 Cr range, seems like a big jump, but I'm thinking long-term investment. My main concern is the ROI. Has anyone seen actual capital appreciation here since its launch? Kya is project ka price really moved up? Also, what's the rental yield reality like? Can one expect decent monthly returns from such a premium property, ya just empty flats rahenge? Not sure if the investor ratio is too high. Aur Home And Soul ka project delivery track record kaisa hai? Will they deliver on time, ya delays honge? Don't want my capital stuck for years. Any insights on their past projects would be super helpful.
Just got possession of my unit at Home And Soul Page Three Residences last month, and honestly, it's a bit quiet. Since last Diwali, I've been seriously checking out 3BHKs or villas in Greater Noida. Currently in a 2BHK in Gaur City, so I know how things are. I'm looking at projects like Home And Soul Page Three Residences. My main concern is construction quality. Site visits pe sab theek lagta hai, but actual possession ke baad kitni issues aati hain – cracks, seepage, fittings? Also, promised amenities vs reality? Brochure mein sab hota hai, but later it's just a ghost facility. Is the premium for these projects really justified for better build and usable amenities?
Possession of my Home And Soul Page Three flat finally happened two months ago, and honestly, living here isn't what everyone glorified. Sab bolte hain luxury hai, amenities mast hain. But trust me, 90% amenities sirf show-off ke liye hain. That fancy spa? Never really used it. Gym theek hai but usually packed. Jo basic cheezein like constant water pressure, proper waste management, ya even just less construction noise around, they're often lacking. The air quality near the expressway isn't great either, especially in the evenings. Matlab, it feels like a nice hotel but not a practical home. Daily commute to Sector 18 is a pain, traffic jam pakka. Is it just me or do builders over-promise amenities and under-deliver on actual livability basics? Change my mind.
