Just moved into my flat at HUDA Smayan Society Mohali last month and kuch things are really bothering me. Brochure mein toh clubhouse, gym sab dikhaya tha, but abhi tak proper functional nahi hai. Bas ek empty hall jaisa lag raha hai. Aur construction quality bhi... already minor cracks dikh rahe hain walls pe, especially after the rains. Maintenance charges bhi kaafi high hain, but services kaafi slow lagti hain. Kya sab societies mein aisa hi hota hai, ya just bad luck mera? Koi aur HUDA Smayan mein hai toh experience share karein please.

Okay I'll be honest — HUDA Smayan Society looks good on paper, but I need a ground reality check. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 56 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there. Already have a home loan, so this decision is huge. Is it genuinely good for daily living? Matlab, society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly community hai ya thoda isolated feel hota hai? Schools aur markets kitne paas hain? Not sure if the price jump is really worth it for the actual experience.
