Humara current ghar bech ke ek compact flat lena hai, jo low maintenance ho aur hospital ke paas ho. Windsor Majesty upcoming hai, toh possession mein kitna time lagta hai? Ivory Tower ready hai kya? Builder ka track record kaisa hai, especially for timely delivery? Aur society formation, RWA ka kya scene hai in Ivory Tower? Koi experience share kar sakta hai?

Builder ne bola tha time pe denge, par kaafi delay hui. Project-delivery mein they weren't great, honestly. Abhi actual rental yield itna nahi mil raha jitna expected tha, not sure why.
