Did a site visit to Jai Gardenia last Saturday. Project looks decent, but under-construction hai na, toh builder ka track record dekhna padega. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK for investment. Is anyone here tracking Jai Builders' past project deliveries? Matlab, on-time handover hoti hai kya? Long-term resale potential for Gardenia, kya lagta hai? Exiting in 5-7 years is my plan, so liquidity matters. Not sure if the premium is justified. Already have a home loan, so EMI will be a stretch.
Did a site visit to Ambika JV Anjanadri and Jai Gardenia last weekend. I'm in a 2BHK, looking to upgrade. While checking carpet area, I found builder's 'super built-up' can seriously inflate costs. Jai Gardenia ki carpet area efficiency achi lagi, but Ambika JV ready hai. Already home loan hai. 5-year appreciation ke liye kaunsa better investment? Always check actual usable space, not just brochure numbers. Hope this helps someone.
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. Jai Gardenia ki pricing ₹1.03 Cr se shuru hai, but I'm looking at its capital appreciation trajectory. Pre-launch se ab tak kitna move hua hai? Builder ka track record on delivery timings kya hai, especially for ongoing projects? Not sure if current pricing leaves enough room for a decent ROI in 5-7 years. Resale market mein liquidity kaisi hai? Any experiences with exiting properties in that area? Any thoughts on its long-term investment potential?
