Greater Noida mein Gulmohar Estate is cheaper dikhta hai, but carpet area kitna hai? Jain Homes Phase 2 mein toh cramped feel hua. Sahi mein, space kaunsa zyada deta hai?
Looking at two very different options in Noida. Investwell SR Tower is upcoming, around 85L-1.15Cr. Location wise, it's pretty good, near the metro. But it's under construction, so thoda risk hai. Jain Homes Phase 2 is ready to move, and much cheaper, 21-25L. My wife's priority is kids' school admission and a safe neighbourhood. SR Tower mein, maybe better amenities, but Jain Homes is ready. Honestly not sure if the location premium of SR Tower is worth the extra EMI and risk. Jain Homes is budget friendly, but will it appreciate much? Which would you pick for a family looking for long term stay? What does the community think?
My kids' school admission is priority. Jain Homes Phase 2 sahi hai, near Noida, but Supertech Eco Village in Greater Noida, far. Resale mein, which is better? Carpet area toh Jain Homes mein kam hai, but maybe better ROI? Need 3BHK, safe for children. Any thoughts?
I work in real estate, but buying for myself is tough! Jain Homes Phase 2 is cheap, but it's, like, super basic. PKS Town Central is ready to move, which is a big plus. Carpet area mein kya scene hai? Worth paying extra for PKS, ya Jain Homes sahi hai for investment?
PKS Town Central is ready to move, which is tempting. But Jain Homes Phase 2 is way cheaper. Is paying almost double for PKS worth it just to avoid construction risk? I've seen delays destroy people's savings, so I'm scared. Carpet area in Jain Homes seems less, though. Anyone actually living in either? How's the RWA in Jain Homes? Is it worth the extra EMI for peace of mind with PKS? Batao yaar, I'm so confused.
I'm looking at Jain Homes Phase 2 and Gulmohar Estate. Jain Homes is cheaper, but is the carpet area smaller? My wife's priority is space for the kids. Gulmohar seems better maintained. Has anyone compared the actual usable sqft in both? Which is better for a family?
