Moved into Jaina Suvidha Apartments last month. The project delivery felt incomplete, many promised things missing. Did anyone else get their possession recently and face this? What was your experience?
My lease is up in 3 months and Jaina Suvidha Apartments, New Delhi, is on my radar. Site visit pe sab sahi laga, but I'm worried amenities are just for show. How do you guys check if the gym, club house, etc., are actually functional and well-maintained? Builder toh sab bolta hai. Community vibe kaisi hai wahaan? Friendly ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Any hidden charges for using facilities? My parents keep saying verify everything. Honestly, not sure how to get past the sales pitch.
Visited Lotus Apartment and Jaina Suvidha last week, fed up of renting. Lotus ka quoted price theek laga but hidden charges sunke darr lag raha hai. Jaina Suvidha mein total cost of ownership kya hai? Registry smooth hai kya wahan?

₹80 lakh for a 2BHK at Jaina Suvidha Apartments is what I'm seeing currently. From my experience, ye price point thoda high lag raha hai for the area. Has anyone invested here already? Delhi mein rentals sometimes don't justify the property value for an investor. Resale market mein liquidity kaisi hai? Exit strategy is crucial for me. Any insights would be helpful.
