Visited Kiwi Rama Homes last weekend. I'm in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading. Wahan ka 3BHK floor plan kitna efficient hai, yaar? Carpet area for daily living, is it good? Neighbourhood schools, markets ka kya scene hai?
Sohna — looking at investment options beyond my 2BHK. Kiwi Rama Homes ka price range ₹15.38 L–₹26.49 L hai. Launch se ab tak kitna capital appreciation hua hai? Resale market liquid hai kya, 5 saal baad buyers mil jayenge? Builder ka delivery track record bhi bata do.
Kiwi Rama Homes ka possession experience kaisa raha hai jinhone booking ki hai? I'm fed up of renting, landlord ne fir rent badha diya. Finally thinking of taking the plunge and buying something in Sohna. Brochure mein toh sab sahi lagta hai, spacious layouts, good carpet area. But real mein kya scene hai? Builders often promise a lot but delivery ke time pe sab alag hota hai. Kya actual carpet area wahi milta hai jo bola tha? Yaar, EMI start karke baad mein pata chale ki quality compromise hai ya delays hain, woh nahi chahiye. Already so much stress with the EMI vs rent math. Koi batao, living experience wahan genuinely accha hai ya just on paper? Not sure if I should trust the timeline they're giving, ya phir after possession koi hidden charges toh nahi aate?
Did a site visit to Kiwi Rama Homes last week aur honestly, brochure mein jo dikhaya tha, woh reality se bahut alag laga. Pool ka size, gym equipment, kids play area... sab kuchh kaafi chhota aur basic tha. Brochure mein toh bade-bade renders dikhaate hain, but on ground it's just not matching. My current 2BHK society in Sector 70 has better amenities, yaar. I'm thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, but for the price they're asking, is this premium justified? Matlab, after paying so much, what if possession ke baad bhi quality issues nikle? Already have a home loan so can't afford surprises. Is the daily life there actually good, ya sirf 'good on paper' hai? Anyone who's bought here ya visited recently, please share your experience. Did you also feel the same about the amenities, and what did you do?
Kiwi Rama Homes mein daily life ka kya scene hai after moving in? I got possession for my 2BHK a couple months back, abhi settle ho raha hoon. Brochure mein jo amenities dikhaye the, like the club house and gym, kitne useful hain actually? Pool toh accha lagta hai, but use kitna hota hai, not sure. Kids play area theek hai. But real concern is noise levels and air quality. Sohna mein overall development is good, but is it genuinely good for daily living, ya sirf investment ke liye sahi hai? Koi aur bhi hai jo recently move in kiya hai yahan? What's your first-hand experience with the society's overall vibe? Maintenance charges bhi kaise hain?
Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is for a first-timer. I'm checking out properties in Sohna and stuck between two very different options. Sunder Homes Luxury Floors Nirwana Country looks great, ready to move, but the price tag is honestly a bit scary, around ₹3.5 Cr. Then there's Kiwi Rama Homes, much more in my budget at ₹15-26L, but it's ongoing. My parents keep saying ready-to-move is safer, no construction delays or builder issues. But the price difference is massive. Is the risk with under-construction like Kiwi Rama worth it for the lower entry? What about potential appreciation in 5 years? Will the ROI be better on the cheaper, ongoing project, or is the completed Sunder Homes a safer investment for future value? Any thoughts on total cost of ownership for both, beyond just the base price? Which one makes more sense for a first property?
