Okay I'll be honest – everyone talks about 'affordable housing' but nobody really discusses what daily life is *actually* like there. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of Lakshya Apartment as a potential upgrade for more space. Price point ₹16-18L is tempting, but yaar, is that even real for Delhi? I just can't shake the feeling ki it's good on paper but daily living, neighborhood vibe, noise levels... woh sab ka kya? Is it genuinely a good home ya bas ek cheap option? Change my mind. Disagree? Tell me why.
Just moved into my current flat a few months back, and now looking for an investment property for my cousin. Delhi ka market samajhna mushkil ho gaya hai, yaar. Dekh raha hoon Shiv N Sai Luxury Homes aur Lakshya Apartment ko. Shiv N Sai, being luxury, obviously has high price points (90L-1.5 Cr), but Lakshya is super budget-friendly (16-18L). Meri main query hai total cost of ownership pe. Kya luxury flats ki maintenance, property tax wagera itna zyada hota hai ki ROI kam ho jaati hai? Matlab, Lakshya jaise projects mein EMI kam hogi, toh rental yield ya appreciation better mil sakti hai kya? What about 5-year appreciation? Log bolte hain luxury ka resale market slow hota hai. Kya Lakshya mein rental potential Shiv N Sai se zyada hoga, considering the price point? Any first-hand experiences with either? Confused hoon, please advise.
Honestly not sure if I'm thinking straight with these prices. I'm scouting for a small investment property, alongside my own 2BHK upgrade plans. Lakshya Apartment ka ₹16-18L price dekh ke thoda confused hoon. It feels low for Delhi. Kya actual rental yield yahan se nikal payega? Matlab, real numbers kya hain, kitna expect kar sakte hain per month? Aur iske resale potential ka kya scene hai? Active secondary market hai ya ghost society ban jayegi? Investor ratio vs end-user ratio kya hai? Don't want to get stuck with something jo bikta hi nahi hai.
