Under-construction risk is completely overblown in my opinion, but still makes me nervous. Just moved into my flat last month, and things nobody told me earlier are coming up. I'm looking at Omson Nature Valley Villa Apartment and Laxmi Height in Greater Noida. Kya kisi ko Omson ya Laxmi Height ke possession status ka exact idea hai? Omson toh ongoing hai, Laxmi Height ka kya scene hai, ready-to-move hai ya delays chal rahe? Metro connectivity kaisi hai for daily commute? Aur builder ka track record kaisa hai for both? I need honest opinions.
Okay I'll be honest — I'm based in Dubai and finding it impossible to get clear answers on Noida properties. Looking at Laxmi Height and Omson Nature Valley Villa Apartment for investment. Laxmi Height ka possession status 'null' dikha raha hai, and Omson is ongoing. Is it too risky for an NRI to invest in under-construction projects if I can't do site visits? Rental potential kisme better hoga? Aur builder ka trust factor kaise check karein remotely? Need honest opinions, especially regarding registry smoothness and property management for rental.
2 site visits to Laxmi Height. Builders ki baatein pata hain, but actual living experience kaisa hai? Amenities kitni useful hain? Society ka vibe friendly hai kya?
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — but ab Laxmi Height ki delivery timeline par atak gaya hoon. I work in real estate, I know how builders play. Laxmi Height ka pre-launch pricing attractive tha, but ab delivery delays ki news hai. Builder ka track record Noida mein kaisa hai? Are they known for stretching timelines? I'm worried ROI hit hoga due to extended EMIs. Others facing similar issues? Kya kar rahe ho?
Laxmi Height – everyone talks about its capital appreciation, but what's the actual resale market like? I'm upgrading from my 2BHK and need real rental yield figures, not brochure promises. Is the premium justified for long-term ROI here? Change my mind if you think it's a solid investment.
