India's First Real Estate Community

Did a site visit to Livia last weekend. Honestly, I'm conflicted. Everyone says ready-to-move is 'hassle-free', but kids have moved out. I'm looking for a smaller, manageable place. Not sure if Livia is it. Okay, I'll say what no one says: is Livia *actually* good for daily living, ya just good on paper? Price is ₹78L to ₹1.74 Cr, quite high. I'm worried about the society vibe. Is it friendly, or do people keep to themselves? Hospital proximity is a big concern. What about maintenance charges? We're selling our big house and downsizing. Low maintenance and a good, quiet community are key. Does Livia deliver, or is it just another high-rise with fancy amenities nobody uses? Change my mind.
Livia, at ₹78 lakh, feels overpriced. Everyone glorifies capital appreciation, but what's the *real* rental yield? Is its resale market liquid enough for a 5-year exit? Change my mind.
Fed up of renting, finally decided to buy in Noida Extension. Greenbay Golf Village aur Livia shortlist kiye hain. Rental potential kaisa hai for both, especially with carpet area efficiency? Total cost bhi important hai. Kya real opinions hain?
Under-construction projects are a total gamble, change my mind. Everyone talks about the future appreciation of places like Propfolio Vyom Residency, but what about the builder ka track record? I'm looking at Propfolio vs Livia. Livia is ready, no tension. Yes, thoda expensive hai, but the peace of mind... Is it really worth risking years of delays and hidden costs with an upcoming project for a potential slightly higher ROI? Honestly, not sure. The builder's past projects matter, right? Disagree? Tell me why.
