Honestly, real estate mein kaam karke bhi, Lotus Apartment ka resale potential mujhe confuse kar raha hai. Builder ke promises aur actual market liquidity mein farak hai. Kya 5 saal mein easy exit possible hai? Investors zyada hain kya, ghost society ka darr toh nahi? Koi real experience share karega?

Just moved into Lotus Apartment three months ago, and honestly, the possession process was a nightmare.
