Visited Luxe Luxury Villas and Land Craft River Heights Tower 18 last weekend. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya, I'm finally taking the plunge. EMI vs rent math ab sahi lag raha hai. Luxe Villas ka layout dekha, space bada hai but usable carpet area kitna effective hai, not sure. River Heights apartments ka floor plan kaafi efficient laga, space waste kam. Amenities dono mein hain, par kaunsi actually use hongi? Villa pool maintenance kitna? River Heights club house charges kya hain? Need advice from anyone living there. What's the real scene with maintenance and practical space usage? Your honest opinions will really help.
Considering upgrading from my 2BHK. What's the real price per sqft for RHomes Miraabilis versus Luxe Luxury Villas? How do their usable carpet areas and practical amenities actually compare?
Ghaziabad — been looking at options for an upgrade from my 2BHK. Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of moving to a 3BHK or maybe even a villa. Luxe Luxury Villas and Land Craft River Heights Tower 18 keep coming up. Both are completed, which is good. I'm already in a home loan, so the price jump needs to make sense. For Luxe Luxury Villas, it's a big jump to 2.58 Cr. Land Craft River Heights seems more like an apartment option. Is the investment potential for villas really that much better over, say, 5 years? Also, for daily living, how do the floor plans compare for actual usable space? And are the amenities in these villa projects usually more practical than just fancy stuff in apartment towers? Just trying to figure out if the premium is justified.
Everyone romanticizes owning a villa, but nobody talks about the real total cost for places like Luxe Luxury Villas. Is it just me, or does Krishna Vatika, jo bahut sasta hai, offer more practical usable space and amenities jo actually daily use honge? In 'luxury' projects mein maintenance aur hidden charges paagalpan hi toh honge? Change my mind.
