Kids chale gaye hain, ab bas ek manageable flat chahiye. Kya yahan ki amenities sach mein kaam ki hain? Aur hospital kitna paas hai? Samajh nahi aa raha.
Ghaziabad mein property search itna tough tha, I swear. Jab apni flat li, tab Ansal Neel Padam Kunj dekha tha but under-construction projects se darr lagta tha. M R Homes Heritage Tower ka bhi option tha, builder ka track record sunke thoda hesitate kiya. Ready-to-move hi prefer kiya, OC milne mein kitna time lagta hai, pata nahi. Jo log Ansal Neel Padam Kunj mein rehte hain, batao yaar, possession ke time koi hidden costs lage kya? Builder ne sab promises poore kiye ya nahi? Maintenance charges ka kya scene hai wahan?
Ghaziabad real estate keeps coming up. I'm finally buying after years of renting; landlord hiked rent again. Looking at M R Homes Heritage Tower, 2BHKs around ₹75L. Concerned about the investment side, honestly. My main concern is ROI. Has anyone tracked its capital appreciation since launch? Is there upside left, or has growth peaked? What's the actual rental yield for a 2BHK? Online estimates feel off. How liquid is the resale market for Heritage Tower? Is there an active secondary market? Don't want to get stuck if I need to exit in 5-7 years. Any investor experiences would be super helpful. Thanks!
